Azul’s menu is prepared by Chef Romain Fornell, highlighting the fresh products of Mediterranean cuisine. The menu is designed in a format for sharing, both for starters and main courses: 100% acorn-fed Iberian ham, Mediterranean red tuna, rice dishes, fish and seafood from our coasts and the best selection of meats such as txuletón of matured beef.
